Disaster Recovery Design

I’m Dr. Zachary Cox, PhD, the founder and leader of Resilience&. I have worked across industries, including as a consultant with IBM and as the subject matter expert at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. A published author, my research focuses on equipping small and medium-sized organizations with the preparedness strategies they need before disaster strikes, and designing recovery plans that address the evolving needs of communities in the aftermath of a crisis.
